Technology Support Tier Pricing & Service Agreement

Tiered Pricing Packages

To help support your budget and encourage consistent planning, the following discounted tiers are available:

• 10 Hours – 5% discount

• 20 Hours – 10% discount

• 30 Hours – 15% discount

• 40 Hours – 20% discount. Our best Value 

Discounts apply only when hours are purchased in advance.

Terms & Conditions
1. Scheduling & Notice

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all service requests.

• Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Use-By Period

• Pre-purchased hours must be used within 90 days of the purchase date.

• Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Additional work continues at the standard hourly rate, unless the client purchases a new Tier Package at that time.

3. Hours of Service

• Services are provided during normal business hours, defined as:
  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Work required outside these hours may be subject to an additional fee or handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Scope of Work

• Services include general technology support, troubleshooting, setup, configuration, and related consulting.

• Projects requiring specialized equipment, software purchases, or extensive after-hours work may require a separate quote.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a one-hour deduction from the purchased package.

6. Reporting & Transparency

• A summary of hours used and remaining will be provided upon request or at the conclusion of each block of work.

7. Renewal

• Upon depletion of prepaid hours, the client may choose to purchase a new tier package or continue at the standard rate. 

8. Travel

• If on-site service is requested at a location beyond 20 miles from our base location in Absecon, NJ, a mileage fee will apply to the miles over 20. This fee is calculated at the current standard mileage reimbursement rate of $0.70 per mile (based on IRS guidelines for 2025). The mileage charge will cover round-trip travel and will be clearly itemized on your invoice.

For locations within 20 miles, travel is included at no additional cost.

9. Priority Status

Clients who purchase 30 or 40-hour packages receive:

• Priority scheduling when availability is limited

• Faster response times

• Preferred booking for larger projects
